The first exhibit of teens' videos is now on view in the Lerner Room, on the 3rd floor of the Hirshhorn. In December, we had a lively opening event. Teens presented their videos to 40+ family, friends, and staff, and celebrated with food and drink. Please stop by to watch "The Disaster," "Ruined Film," and "Abandoned Capitol."

I am a movie buff and I love to collect Movie Posters, and Vintage Cameras.
I enjoy the ArtLab because it provides a dynamic nurturing environment for teens to explore their creativity under the guidance of experienced art staff mentors. ArtLab also provides state of the art digital media tools, visual and audio technology that we can use to create our own projects from concept to completion.
The project to date that I am most proud of is Paul the PI Guy, which was part of "The Why I Need My Library Video Contest" for the American Library Association.
